Friday Coordination Tasks

SOP for checking Therapist is assigned to patient - Friday eve task

• On Juvonno click the REPORTS icon left hand side if home page 

• On the reports page select ‘ PATIENT INSIGHTS’ under the ‘report builder’ heading 

• Select the ‘REPORT’ tab, scroll down to DEFAULT PRACTITIONER

• Click the ‘BUILD’ button

• The excel sheet will download. 

• Search any patient numbers which do not have an assigned practitioner to see if they have any appointments booked.

• Change default practitioner if there is an appointment booked/ taken

• Can also use data to close cases after 2 months  and to chase up first appointments
