Mexico is going through a bad timing of exchange of coaches. Since Aguirre left the charge after the awesome performance of Mexico in the tournament, we wondered what coach was gonna be the best to lead us into 2030. After Marquez got into the charge of coach, a lot of things changed under his mandate—one of most importance being the use of new players and younger options, taking away a lot of veterans like Luis Romo, who had a bad time during the last FIFA date and left a sour feeling during his last games with Chivas, giving away more than 3 balls in dangerous places of the pitch.
One important question is: Is Rafa Marquez the best option for the Tricolor? I did my research, and I found in an interview that Marquez said: "Having worked with Javier [Aguirre] from start to finish gives me great confidence in continuing this process. I already know the players and the environment well, and I've been supported by a group of experienced people who have operated at the highest levels. That is exactly what we want: to take this national team to another level."
This makes me believe he is what we need for the 2030 road to the World Cup and to pass to the fifth game, breaking the bad luck of the national team.
