Spooky season has started and MHS STUCO students are getting ready for their biggest event of the year. Trunk or Treat on October 25, 2026 is a very fun event that Student council puts on for the younger woolies. It takes place at Elmwood Street school every year and is a great experience for kids in Millbury to show off their Halloween costumes and get some candy from the decorated trunks of Student Council member’s cars. Each car has its own theme with little games for the kids to play. Not only is there trick or treating but there are tons of fun activities that the kids will love like, face painting, bouncy houses, and games on the field. Public Relations officer Lyla Alves (when asked what her favorite part of trunk or treat is) said, “I like that each car is competing for a prize for the best looking and most fun for the kids.” This is a fun way of making the STUCO members go all in on decorating their car and making it as memorable as they can for the younger Woolies in Millbury.
