HIGHLIGHTED ARTICLES
By LeeAnn Narkawicz (2026)
Most Overrated: RJ Barrett While Barrett puts up respectable numbers, they aren't always efficient, and his performance can be highly inconsistent. Many fans still hype him up due to his high draft pedigree, but he hasn't fully lived up to that status yet. He often receives more credit than his actual on-court impact deserves.
Most Underrated: Immanuel Quickley Quickley is a dynamic talent who can score, playmake, and control the tempo of the game. Despite this, he rarely receives the same level of recognition as other top guards. He brings energy and consistency every night, contributing to winning in ways that often go unnoticed by the general public.
Most Overrated: Josh Giddey Giddey is undoubtedly a skilled passer, but his overall impact is often exaggerated. His scoring and defensive capabilities aren't currently strong enough to match the significant hype surrounding him. It feels as though his reputation has outpaced his actual production.
Most Underrated: Isaac Okoro Okoro is the definition of a "glue guy." He plays tenacious defense, works tirelessly, and handles the "little things" that don’t always show up in the box score. Because he isn't flashy, he is frequently overlooked, but he helps teams win more than people realize.
Most Overrated: James Harden Harden still possesses the name brand and the stats, but he is no longer the player he once was. He tends to slow the game down and has become less effective in high-stakes moments. Many still treat him like an MVP-level superstar, even though he is clearly past his prime.
Most Underrated: Jarrett Allen Allen is a model of consistency. He defends the rim, rebounds effectively, and does his job every night without demanding the spotlight. He makes a massive difference on the defensive end, yet he rarely receives the credit he deserves for how vital he is to the team's success.
Most Overrated: Tobias Harris Harris is a solid veteran, but expectations for him often exceed what he actually provides on the court. He rarely takes over games and tends to blend into the background. When considering his reputation and contract, the on-court production doesn't quite match up.
Most Underrated: Jalen Duren Despite his youth, Duren is already a dominant force on the glass and a physical presence inside. He brings immense energy to every game. As he continues to develop, he is likely to become far better than most people currently expect.
Most Overrated: Pascal Siakam Siakam is a talented player, but he is often treated like a top-tier "number one" star when he is better suited as a high-end second option. His scoring is valuable, but he lacks the consistency needed to carry a team solo. His reputation currently sits a bit higher than his actual impact.
Most Underrated: Andrew Nembhard Nembhard is a composed floor general who makes smart plays and keeps the team organized. Because he doesn't hunt for highlights, he doesn't get much attention, but he is a reliable asset who is far more valuable than the average fan realizes.
Most Overrated: Kyle Kuzma Kuzma is a capable scorer, but his inefficiency and inconsistency are major drawbacks. While his point totals generate hype, that scoring doesn't always translate into team success. Ultimately, he isn't quite as impactful as his reputation suggests.
Most Underrated: Bobby Portis Portis is the heartbeat of his team, bringing toughness, scoring, and energy every night. He is a master of the hustle play and constantly steps up when his team needs a spark. He deserves much more recognition for his role.
Most Overrated: CJ McCollum McCollum remains a gifted scorer, but his inconsistency and lack of impact in other facets of the game are concerns. While many still view him as a primary star, he has transitioned into more of a secondary option. The current hype surrounding him feels slightly inflated.
Most Underrated: Dyson Daniels Daniels is a defensive specialist who passes well and excels at the marginal aspects of the game. He isn't a flashy player, which leads to him being overlooked, but he provides the specific skillset that every winning team needs.
Most Overrated: LaMelo Ball Ball is undeniably talented and one of the most entertaining players to watch, but he is often hyped as a top-tier superstar before consistently proving it. Issues with defense and overall consistency remain; the hype is currently a few steps ahead of the reality.
Most Underrated: Brandon Miller Miller has the tools to score and defend at a high level, yet he isn't discussed nearly enough. He is already making a significant impact and shows steady improvement. His trajectory suggests he will eventually be much better than the general public expects.
The Millbury Woolies softball team earns dominant 6-1 victory against the Blackstone Valley Beavers this past Thursday. This wint pushes the team’s record to 4-3 and puts them back above the .500 mark. The offense was firing on all cylinders during the game, with Kendal and Rayna each racking up two hits to keep the pressure on the Beavers. Addie and Brielle also stepped up big at the plate, with both players driving in two runs to help secure the lead and keep the Woolies ahead.
On the mound, Brielle Brothers continued to prove exactly why she is one of the most feared pitchers in the league. She pitched all seven innings, allowed only one run, and sat down eight batters on strikes. Earlier this season she had her 500th career strikeout. Reaching 500 strikeouts is a massive milestone for a pitcher. With the team now boasting a winning record and their ace pitcher in top form, the Woolies are looking to carry this success forward into their upcoming games heading into April break.
Our student leaders recently made waves at the Central District student council event, and we have some major wins to celebrate. The biggest shout-out goes to Jenny Johnson, who was chosen out of 360 students to receive the prestigious Unsung Hero Award. This is a massive achievement, it means that out of hundreds of leaders from all over the region, Jenny’s behind-the-scenes hard work and selfless dedication stood out the most.
We are also incredibly proud of Colten Davidson, who showed serious grit by running for CDMASC Secretary against five other candidates. After an intense race that actually ended in a tie, Colten narrowly missed the win in a runoff, but his talent was so obvious that he was still selected to serve as a delegate on the CDMASC Executive Board. Congratulations to both Jenny and Colten for being such awesome representatives of our school.
Last week, the Video Productions class hosted their annual Spring Live Show including interviews from the spring sports teams including the 2025 State Champion baseball team and Spring 2026 State Champion Esports team. The show also had live musical performances by a talented teacher-student house band. If you missed the live action, the full broadcast is now on YouTube.
Have you ever spent an hour looking for something new to watch on Netflix, only to end up clicking on The Office, Gilmore Girls, or Stranger Things for the tenth time? You aren't alone. Psychologists call this "comfort binging," and there is a real reason why we do it.
High school can be stressful, with constant tests, sports, and social drama. When we watch a show we’ve already seen, our brains don't have to work as hard to process what’s happening. We already know the jokes, we know who the villain is, and, most importantly, we know how it ends. This predictability creates a sense of safety and control, making it the perfect way to de-stress after a long day of classes. So, the next time someone asks why you’re watching the same episode again, just tell them you’re practicing "mental self-care."

In this article I’m going to tell you in my opinion who are the most overrated and underrated players on each NBA Team. This is going to also be based on players who I think get hyped up for no reason when they're not even that good. Overall I hope you like reading this article and see what I have to say about your favorite teams and maybe even your favorite player.
Underrated: Derrick White Derrick White tops the list of underrated Celtics because his impact often goes unnoticed. Despite being an elite perimeter defender capable of guarding almost any position, he rarely receives the recognition he deserves. White possesses high-level decision-making skills and the rare ability to impact the game offensively without needing high usage. He consistently makes winning plays that—while they might not make the highlight reel—are essential to Boston’s success.
Overrated: Jaylen Brown To be clear, Jaylen Brown is an All-NBA level talent. However, the "overrated" label stems from the gap between his massive contract expectations and his on-court consistency. At times, Brown struggles with shot selection and can disappear offensively for long stretches. While he remains a top-tier two-way wing, he is often overshadowed by Jayson Tatum in pivotal moments. His current absence due to left Achilles tendonitis further complicates his ability to live up to the high-pressure expectations placed upon him.
Underrated: Tari Eason In a roster brimming with young talent, Tari Eason stands out as one of Houston’s most impactful defensive players, yet he rarely commands the spotlight. Eason is a disruptive force, consistently changing possessions through steals, deflections, and sheer rebounding effort. His physicality and energy raise the team’s defensive floor the moment he checks in. Even when his scoring is low, he contributes to winning in ways that basic box scores simply cannot capture.
Overrated: Jabari Smith Jr. Jabari Smith Jr. is still widely viewed as a future franchise-level scoring star due to his physical tools and outside shot. However, his consistency as a primary scoring option fluctuates significantly from game to game. Currently, the perception of his potential often outpaces his nightly production, leading to a narrative that is slightly higher than his current reality. As the Rockets evolve, Smith will need to find the consistency required to match his high draft pedigree.
Underrated: Nic Claxton Nic Claxton remains one of the more underappreciated defensive bigs in the league. He possesses the rare ability to block and alter shots effectively without falling into foul trouble. Offensively, his length and timing make him an easy target for alley-oops and high-efficiency finishes. For a player who anchors the defense so effectively, Claxton deserves far more credit than he receives.
Overrated: Michael Porter Jr. Despite a $38 million salary, Michael Porter Jr. often fails to play at a level consistent with that price tag. While he looks every bit the part of a star, his production is heavily dependent on his teammates setting him up. He lacks the consistency to carry a team independently, leading many to feel that his reputation—and his paycheck—is inflated compared to his actual impact on the court.
Underrated: Josh Hart Josh Hart is the definition of a "winning player." He lacks a flashy highlight package, so he often flies under the radar, but he does the "dirty work" better than almost anyone. From rebounding and perimeter defense to pure hustle plays, Hart’s effort is relentless. He provides the Knicks with a level of grit and utility that is far more valuable to the team's success than his stats might suggest.
Overrated: Karl-Anthony Towns Karl-Anthony Towns is undeniably skilled and can score in a variety of ways, which leads many to categorize him as a top-tier superstar. However, he often lacks consistency in big moments, and his defensive contributions rarely match the level of hype surrounding him. For a player who commands so much attention, his actual impact on winning games often falls short of the superstar billing he is given.
Underrated: Tyrese Maxey Tyrese Maxey continues to be overlooked despite being one of the fastest and most versatile scoring guards in the league. He has improved every season and carries a massive portion of the 76ers' offensive load, yet he still isn't treated like a premier guard by the general public. His consistency and importance to Philadelphia’s system make him one of the most undervalued assets in the Eastern Conference.
Overrated: Paul George While Paul George was once an elite force, many still discuss him as if he is in his physical prime. Unfortunately, his impact has become increasingly unreliable. He still possesses scoring flashes, but he disappears too frequently for a player of his stature. Given the weight of his name and the hype that follows him, his night-to-night reliability simply doesn't match the reputation anymore.

TreVeyon Henderson
Robert Spillane
These are the players we need to step up this year because our schedule is way harder than last season. I'd like to see the team trade the current 1st round pick for AJ Brown becasue of the harder schedule. Our pick next season will most likely be lower than this years.

AI just ranked every single NFL team going into next season and let’s just say, some of these rankings make absolutely no sense. From shocking top picks to teams being completely disrespected, this list had me questioning everything. So I decided to go through each one and say if I agree… or completely disagree.
Number 32 : Los Angeles Chargers.
I completely disagree with this . In my opinion, the Los Angeles Chargers are going to be a top 10 team this upcoming season. I think this prediction seriously underrates their potential, and I’m confident they’ll prove a lot of people, including AI, wrong.
Number 31: Carolina Panthers
I disagree with this ranking. I don’t think the Carolina Panthers are a top 10 team right now, but they definitely belong in the top 20. They’re better than people are giving them credit for, and I think they’ll prove they’re a solid, competitive team this season
Number 30: Tennessee Titans
I understand why the Tennessee Titans are ranked at number 30, but at the same time, I think they could be higher. I believe they’re going to be a lot better this season and could surprise people with how much they improve over the offseason especially with new coaching.
Number 29: Washington Commanders
Last season wasn’t easy for the Washington Commanders, mainly because of injuries, but they’ve been making impressive moves in the offseason. I think they’re positioned to have a much stronger year ahead that’s why I think this is too low.
It may be the start of spring but quickly it will be summer concert time so lets check out some of the top shows for 2026.
If you’re looking for plans, here is the breakdown for some of the top acts coming to town.
Megan Moroney (July 6–7)
Meghan Trainor (July 17)
Ariana Grande (July 22, 24, 25)
Phish (July 31 – August 1)
Zac Brown Band (August 2)
Chris Stapleton (August 14–15)
Bruno Mars (September 5)
Ed Sheeran (September 25–26)
Zach Bryan (October 2)
-- Top Picks For This Summer --
TD Garden | July 22, 24, & 25 Ariana hasn't toured in years, so this is officially a huge deal. She’s taking over the Garden for three nights, and if you managed to snag tickets, you’re basically royalty. Expect to see everyone in Eternal Sunshine red or Glinda-inspired outfits.
Why go: It’s her first big tour in ages, and the production at the Garden is always top-tier. Even if you’re in the nosebleeds, the energy is going to be electric.
Gillette Stadium | October 2 & 3 If you haven't noticed, everyone at school is suddenly a country fan, and Zach Bryan is the reason why. He’s closing out the stadium season with two massive nights in Foxborough. He’s bringing Gregory Alan Isakov and Gabriella Rose with him, so it’s going to be a very "main character energy" kind of night.
Why go: It’s the perfect way to kick off the fall. Plus, a stadium show at Gillette is a rite of passage for any New England high schooler. Just bring a flannel because it gets chilly in Foxborough once the sun goes down!
Gillette Stadium | September 5 & 6 This is actually Bruno’s first-ever headlining show at Gillette, and he’s bringing Anderson .Paak and RAYE along for the ride. If you want to spend the last weekend of summer dancing instead of thinking about homework, this is the one.
Why go: Bruno is famous for being one of the best live performers alive. It’s basically going to be a giant party to celebrate the start of the school year.

Let’s be honest, everyone is hyping up the Seahawks because they just won the Super Bowl and the LA Rams because they are the favorites to win the super bowl this upcoming season but you know what I find crazy is that nobody is talking about the 49ers when they should be talking about them, everyone is sleeping on the 49ers and I think that's completely insane because this team is stacked and is ready to dominate the 2026 season like no other team. First off Brock Purdy if he stays healthy , he could be MVP this season and If you think I'm exaggerating I’m not. Last year I know he was injured a lot but when he did play he did show some flashes of elite plays and I know he did have a lot of hard times last season but this off season the 49ers have given him weapons that he needed and suddenly this offense is a legitimate nightmare for any defense. Purdy has the intelligence, accuracy, and calm under fire to make the 49ers a top team in the league.
Spring sports officially kick off next week. Whether you’re ready to hit a home run or just here for the snacks at the concession stand, we are ready for the upcoming season.
But before we take the field for 2026, I took a little trip to the library to check out the archives. I found the 1976 yearbook, and some things have changed and others have stayed the same.
Looking at these old photos, the first thing you notice isn't the talent; it’s the hair. Back in ’76, the spring lineup was Baseball, Softball, Track and Field, and Golf. Our school was out there playing rivals like Grafton, Auburn, Northbridge, and David Prouty, just like we do today. Today, we’ve traded the Golf clubs for Tennis rackets and added Unified Track and Field, which is honestly one of the best additions to our sports program. But some things never change with the baseball, softball, and T&F teams going strong. We’re carrying on a 50+ year-old legacy every time we put on our school colors.
Good Luck to all of the Woolies next week as we kick off the 2026 Spring Sports season.

In today’s NFL , the quarterback is the most important and influential player on the field. A great quarterback can change the whole game and the team's chances of having a winning record and going to the playoffs, even the super bowl. Every season I know the star quarterback raises expectations. This ranking of the top 10 quarterbacks heading into next season is based on how well they played this past year, their statistics, leadership, and how dominant they are expected to be next season.
