The Art program at Millbrook High School offers students the opportunity to explore creativity through a wide range of hands-on courses. Whether students are interested in drawing, digital design, photography, video production, sculpture, or ceramics, there are many ways to get involved and develop artistic skills.
Classes are designed for both beginners and students who already have experience in the arts. Students learn how to work with a variety of materials and technologies while building skills in creativity, design, problem solving, and visual communication.
Throughout the program, students may explore areas such as:
• drawing and painting
• sculpture and ceramics
• digital photography and media production
• graphic design and digital illustration
• printmaking and mixed media
• public art and collaborative projects
Many art classes also give students the chance to create work that is shared with the school community through displays, events, and media projects.
Millbrook’s art program encourages students to experiment, develop their own artistic voice, and gain skills that can be useful in college, careers, and creative fields.
