Prior to the class, I faced several challenges that required thoughtful solutions. At one point, conducting demonstrations became a challenge due to the language barrier. To overcome this, I practiced before the demo teaching.
The next challenge was that one of the special needs students had a temper tantrum from the beginning of the lesson until it was almost over. Kindergarten students tend to lose focus because of the screaming of the special needs student. So the students' concentration, focus, and attention are divided, and the students look disturbed. Realizing this, I use strategies to use classroom rules to make the classroom more conducive and the students' attention is focused on the teacher and not on other distractions. As much as possible, I use interactive media and incorporate learning activities related to aspects of daily life, which has proven effective in stimulating their curiosity and encouraging active participation.
