Authentic Assessment

At the end of the lesson, the teacher provides an assessment that relates to what has been taught and is not outside of the designed learning objectives. This is usually the teacher giving directions to the students to answer questions in their workbooks. In addition, some resource teachers are available to help children who need assistance with the assessment. When students are finished, they submit their work to the teacher or assistant teacher for correction.
