Troubleshooting Computer Issues

Try these steps if you are experiencing very SLOW response time or unexpected results keep occurring.

Restart your computer.

Make sure you are using Chrome and you have signed into Classlink.

Check for Chrome updates. To check for Chrome updates:

Click on the Chrome menu (the 3 dots found at the top left corner of the screen). Click on Help. Click on About Google Chrome. Check for updates. Run the update if necessary.
