To Add Blocks:

• Turn on Editing in Settings
• In left hand menu scroll to bottom, "Add Block"
• Select a block to Add

To Delete a Block:

• Go to the block to delete
• Click on Settings Gear in block
• Select Delete

To Move Block

• In the block use the arrows to move up/down
