*Do not host a Live Game through Hangouts Meet as this requires students to create Quizizz account.

Quizizz Features

  • No student sign is required when using the game code or the link that has the game code.
  • Student Paced Option (Questions and Results show on student’s device). Students can play multiple times.
  • Print your quiz
  • Assign as Homework by copying and sharing the Quizizz link that contains the join code.
  • There are public Quizizz that can be copied and modified.
  • The Reporting options shows student attempts including quiz score along with how much time was spent on each question.
  • Download grades to spreadsheet

🚩🚩🚩Distance Learning info and instructions - Two modes of playing: 1) Challenges are assigned and can be played by students until the close time identified by the teacher in the assignment. 2) The second method is Virtual Kahoot. It requires Hangouts Meet. Virtual Kahoot requires students to play with a second device or to split their screen. In one window, students view the Kahoot questions/answers that are displayed by the teacher using Hangouts Meet. In the second window, students play the Kahoot in the second window. *Please do not encourage students to create accounts in Kahoot in order to create Kahoots.

GIMKIT - Privacy Terms

🚩🚩🚩Distance Learning with Gimkit 1) Assign Gimkits to students or 2) Play Gimkit live. There are 2 methods to play Gimkit Live. One method is playing Gimkit Live on Hangouts Meet. This method requires students to have a second device or to split their screen on their device to view the leader board information in one window and in the other window to play the Gimkit. Click here for instructions you can share with your students on how they can split their screen on a Chromebook. Using the second method is the easiest method. In this version of Gimkit live, students do not join a Hangout Meet. They play the Gimkit live hosted by the teacher and are able to access the leader board from within the game their playing.

Gimkit Features is a quiz learning game. Students earn money as they answer quiz questions correctly. In addition to completing quizzes, students can "play the game" by using the money they have earned to reinvest in Gimkit game strategy that will help students win the game. Use your teacher Gimkit dashboard to view student progress and earnings and additional formative data. Kids β™₯️ it!

  • Create a maximum of 5 kits for free (you can always reuse your kits)
  • No account required for students to participate. Classes V1 allows teachers to create classes and roster their students without students creating accounts.
