FIRST TEACHERS' MEETING (VIRTUAL) - HERZOGENRATH

The meeting was the first teachers’ training in our project. Due to the covid19 pandemia, it took part in form of a three days online meetings. We worked on the following topics:

• Educational questions and approaches for our work with ours students (e.g. narrative round table, visual synectics, brain dialogue)

• Understanding the nature of science: What answers can we expect or not? Applications on how sciences are used and abused, particularly in the field of the climate crisis

• Lecture and science talk: Future starts on my plate – Why do we need a shift in nutritional education and eating behaviour? Triggers for all needs of nature

• Empowerment for our nature with perseverance

At least we worked on the next steps of our project: work in the schools, organizing a first virtual meeting with students and teachers in early autumn.

Three teachers of our school participated the whole time.
