We want to thank Muscatine Power and Water for partnering with us to offer free public-wifi at both Franklin and Jefferson Elementary. Below are some aerial views showing (in green) the approximate area that you can use this free, high-speed wireless. There is a 3rd location at the Muscatine Community College dorms. We want to remind you to stay in your vehicles away from other people and practice social-distancing!

There is no password to connect. However you will see a screen from MPW. You'll need to click "connect to the internet" to complete the connection.
