Running List of Gripes with Navigator

Can't upload files over 5MB. 

No dashboard to see which files students have uploaded. 

Students can remove or change uploaded files without a trace - no version history. 

No way to download all files from students in a batch; have to click through one by one. 

No way to create class roster from CSV, need to create manually. 

Internship search feature is very rigid - any typo means you are not getting any results. 

Entered hours not sorted by date. 

No version control on entered hours. 

No way to download entered hours from all students in a class, need to click through students one by one. 

No info on when hours were added. 

Not easy way for students to add multiple days worth of work at the same time. 

Hours shown not split by semester, confuses students. 

Minimal employer adoption. 

Request to Participate button is very confusing; it means "pair me up in the platform so I can log hours" NOT "send in an applicaiton to this employer". 

Student entered hours are shifted by one day from the hours employers see. 

Verification proof is asked for when entering hours, but no in platform workflow for teachers to accept or reject verification documents. 

Interface is not mobile friendly for students. 

When goint through requested opportunities, the filters that you set to get to that list get dropped, and you have to reclick all the filters to get to the next requested opportunity. 

My CSV only contains 24 elements to upload and I get the error included below. 

Contact phone number switched from optional to required. 

Have to manually enter related occupations for the SAME internships as last year - this info is on file! Or at least it should be part of the bulk upload.

Even when bulk uploading, have to set grade level manually.

Max of 25 entries in bulk upload. Why?

Embedded newline characters when uploading bulk opportunities break things. Opportunities are overcounted. Very frustrating when trying to upload decently formatted text.

When bulk uploading opportunities, you have to scroll back and forth to see internship name and enter in related fields. If you ever accidentally scroll too far, the page reloads and you loase all progress.
