This page is meant for students who have successfully interviewed and acquired an internship. If you are still looking for an internship, return to the find an internship page.
Complete the following form, indicating your internship's name, supervisor's name, supervisor's email, and whether or not this organization has been a sponsor in the past. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after the submission of this form. If we already have the sponsor Questionnaire on file for this employer for the 2026-2027 School Year, this will be included in the confirmation email.
The Internship Sponsor Questionnaire form is the document that describes the tasks you will complete at your internship, your weekly hours, and general information about the organization you are working at. If the organization hosted an intern in the 2025-2026 school year, then we likely already have this on file and it was emailed to you! Hooray, you can skip this step! However, please double check this form for accuracy - for example be sure that the person who completed this form is your supervisor. Don't lose the email with this form. Double check the hours match your needs - 5/10/15 depending on single, double, or triple period.
If you are a trailblazer and secured an internship that no BCC student has worked before, you will need to do a little bit more trailblazing and have your supervisor fill out this form. Email them the link above, and request that they send YOU the completed version. Students should not be the one filling out this form, it should be your supervisor. Once you have this form, keep it somewhere safe until the later steps. I strongly recommend keeping this form digital, no need to print!

Completion of this form finalizes your internship! After your internship sponsor agreement has been uploaded, please come see Mr. Brown to obtain a physical copy of the High School Internship Agreement form during lunch on Mondays or Tuesdays in B305. We will review the information in the sponsor questionnaire together, discuss any program questions, and I will give you a physical copy of the form. You will then take this form home to be signed by your parent/guardian, and meet with your employer to their signature.
Note: If you cannot meet with your employer physically, you can first email them the above agreement and have them add their signature and email you the document back. You can then print this out and take to Mr. Brown.

Check your student portal to see what the name of your internship site is in Navigator. Use this name to click the "request to participate" button in Navigator. Step by step instructions available here.
You will get a confirmation email that your internship is ready to go, or an email requesting a change on one of the above forms. You can also check the student portal for this data.
