In 2006 the Indians returned to the Dual Team State tournament with Sectional victories over Mahomet-Seymor and Bloomington. 2004 was the Indians first trip to the state tournament. After a 1 year absence the Indians reloaded with almost an entire new crew of wrestlers and dominated the Individual and Team Sectional tournaments.

In the end the Indians fell in the State Quarterfinals to Powerhouse St.Rita. But with a young crew on board the future is bright for this generation of Indian Wrestlers.
