Background
City of Melbourne wanted to improve the way they planned, managed and published content, with a more seamless audience experience in mind. With a new brand strategy and identity recently in place, they had a chance to begin a more meaningful and engaging approach to content marketing.
My Role
I lead a strategic project to review CoM's current marketing efforts and channels, by conducting stakeholder interviews, audience research and content audits.
I then used this understanding to develop an holistic content marketing strategy to help deliver greater value to travellers, residents and local workers.
