State Projects

Each year, 5th graders in the comprehensive classrooms research a notable site or landmark in the United States. Students build a three-dimensional model and present their research to the class. To further promote their landmarks, students created movie trailers using iMovie. These brief films served as catchy introductions to the landmarks. To personalize their movies and add interest, students used the green screen to become part of the narrative.
