2020

The 2020 Matawan Girls Tennis season was a success. The girls finished in 5th place in the B-North Division with a 5-9 record, improving on their 7th place finish in 2019. The Huskies returned the entire roster in 2020 and this experience played a vital role in the achievements of this year's team. A major highlight of the year was the Huskies First Round victory in the NJSIAA State Tournament over Point Boro. This was Matawan's first state tournament match win since 2015 and only the second state tournament victory in the last decade.

Looking forward to 2021, the Matawan Girls Tennis Program hopes to continue its improvement and compete well in a strong B North Division.
