Important Physical Paperwork Dates:
August 2022
Deadline to register for Fall Season in Family ID & provide an updated physical if necessary is August 4th
The Nurses at both the High School and the Middle School will be available to accept all sports physical paperwork on Wednesday, August 4th, from 3:00pm - 6:00pm at one district location; the main entrance to Matawan Regional High School.
High School Summer and Pre-Season Practice Schedule
July 2022 (Summer Workouts & 8v8 Summer League)
Wednesday mornings at HS (6-9am) - weight room/running/scrimmaging.
Friday mornings will be at Holmdel Park - running and practice/small sided games (7-9am).
8v8 summer league on Monday Nights (June 28th - August 2nd)
August 2022 (Continue summer workouts until we begin mandatory pre-Season practices)
Mandatory Practices starting August 16th will be each morning Monday-Saturday. Times to be determined.
