Central idea: Exploration can change the distribution of resources and ideas.

In Maths, we have been thinking about measurement and discussed how we could measure both the height of a tree and the perimeter of our field, The children had some fantastic and inventive suggestions as to how both might be achieved. 

In Science we have done a sound walk around the school and are waiting impatiently for a sunny day in order to be able to continue with our shadow experiment. 

The children have very much enjoyed learning about food in Spanish and playing Battleships to practice the new vocabulary.
