5DK Learning Update

This week, in maths, we have been learning about angles. We have looked at what an angle is, how we work out degrees of turns using clockwise and anti-clockwise and how to measure angles using a protractor. We have also recapped what acute, obtuse and reflex angles are.

In Inquiry, we have continued to look at the effects of WW1 through our story ' Stay Where You Are and Then Leave'. We have planned and written our own narrative from the point of view of Georgie, the father in the story who enlists at the beginning of the war. We hope to be able to publish these.

We have enjoyed visits from some fantastic dancers, as well as Network Rail, who gave us some very important safety information.
