4WB Learning Update

Central idea: Children encounter a range of risk, challenge and opportunities.

On Monday, we were really lucky to have two very different dance shows come and perform for us, one called Deva and another called How to Build a Universe.

In maths, we looked at lines of symmetry and drew symmetrical shapes and figures. We looked at properties of shapes including types of triangles and different quadrilaterals so that we can tell our parallelograms from our trapeziums.

Our third line of inquiry focused on the charity Save the Children and researching the important role they have played in the rights of children. We finished reading a biography of Malala Yousafzai and were really inspired by her bravery and achievements. The children really enjoyed Sports Day and we were proud of all of their achievements! Well done to everyone!
