Central idea: Animals may need different things to survive

This week the children have been discussing and learning about the choices we make have an impact on our bodies. We have discussed healthy eating and keeping ourselves and others safe. We have spent time in nature observing the impact it has on our bodies. In maths we have been comparing numbers to 100 and learning about the values and where they are placed.

In reading rainbows we have just finished the story of The Colour Monster which helped us explore all different types of emotions really well. The children have created beautiful drawings which represent love which you can see in the above pictures. We are moving on to the book called Tadpoles Promise which the children are already enjoying.

Please remember to send your child in with a hat and a water bottle. PE is on a Friday, your child should come to school with a PE kit.
