1/2S Learning Update

Central idea: Humans make choices which may affect the Earth's resources.

This week, we have continued with our inquiry into how humans use natural resources. We have now completed our research on orangutans and created our fact files.

In Science we have explored healthy lifestyles and investigated the effects of exercise on our bodies. The children had great fun finding their pulse and recording the data.

In Y2 maths, we have explored volume and capacity, and have been able to make links with not only our other measurement learning, but other mathematical learning from throughout this year!

In Year 1 maths, we have continued with our topic of Time and the children have been learning o'clock and half past the hour as well as comparing time.
