COVID Testing at MPS
During the first week of school, families received information about 2 programs Mansfield Public Schools is participating in, Test and Stay and Symptomatic Testing. Below are links to the information sent home. As a reminder, the 2-page Test and Stay Consent Form must be returned to your school office in order for your student to participate in this program. Alternatively, you can complete the online version of the consent form. These programs apply to students in kindergarten through grade 12.
