Enter -1 as the quantity for whatever item is being return.
Return by cash or mercury, depending on the original method of purchase. If the purchase was made through Mercury then the customer must have the same card to process a return.
Cross off the item that has been returned on the receipt.
No. We don't do web returns. Advise the customer to look up the order online and follow the instructions for returns. Most online orders include a return label.
We can exchange a sale if it's few days over the 30 days, but not if the item was purchased 1 year ago. The item also has to be in "new condition" as described above. Use your discretion for exchanges.
Add both items to the sale tab. Change the quantity of the item being returned to -1, then proceed with the transaction as normal. Money cannot be returned on an exchange.
1. If a customer calls a store and requests to return an item (that was bought in store) they may ship the item(s) to the address below (please include Ben's name and the original receipt) and we will refund them their payment.
2. We don't exchange items over the phone, only returns. If a customer wishes to exchange an item, advise them to return all their items and then buy the extra item online or in store.
