Alipay

We are not using Alipay nor WeChat Pay in our stores at the moment! Please disregard the following!

Alipay and Wechat Pay are now available in all three stores! They are two mobile wallet systems (think Apple Pay or Venmo) used heavily in China. We support both now and they work the same from our perspective. Please read the instructions below for a basic understanding.

Sale Procedure:Process sale normally on VendEnter amount charged on the terminalScan their QR code on their phone with the terminal (camera on the back)Keep the receipt it prints out (it is not for the customer)At the end of the day, Settle (like Mercury batch) from sales ledger page and record number on Vend.Return Procedure:Process return normally on VendGo to the sales ledger on the terminalProcess return.Scan QR code, done. Keep the receipt.

When closing, just enter the number that is displayed in the Alipay category. There is no need to batch or check for variance. Also do not need to print receipts for customers who use Alipay.
