1. Go to the "Sales Ledger" tab on Vend
2. Find the transaction using receipt number, date/time, etc.
3. Click on the transaction
4. Press "Edit Sale"

If a customer breaks an item in the store, simply reassure them that it is not a problem at all and that they do not have to purchase the item. After that, place the item in the "damaged items" box so it can be returned to the Stock room.
