Trademark Tours

Please allow the tour guide to fill out the online hand off form on the Mac
Label Trademark Tour sales as “Trademark Tours” in Vend.
All tour guests get 10% off the straw hat and “Hahvahd” T- Shirt.
Trademark Tour Ticket $14 (Adults), $11.50 (12 & under) - can be bought in store
If a tour guest presents a free t-shirt voucher, ring the shirt up as $0 in Vend, and put the voucher in the cash register to be placed into closing envelope

We do not offer ring sizing or open the ring case when there is no Balfour employee in the store
Promo events are always held at MTA from 11 AM - 5 PM, where a Balfour employee will be on site to do ring sizing
There are no appointments necessary for promo events
