- Garage: Far back of basement where there is no light, the back wall is lined with boxes of large bags. Bubble wrap is in the closet near the children's items.
- JFK: The back room should have bags and bubble wrap.

- Sales Ledger is for editing the customer tag if you miss it.
- Sales History is for processing returns.
***Note that voiding the sale on sales ledger does not refund the customer any money on their card.

- Chair and frame orders are placed on the web.
- Direct the customer to our website, www.theharvardshop.com. On the graduation products page, select frames. They will then be redirected to universityframes.com.
- We carry basic frames in JFK (Bachelors, Generic Grad, KSG Ex-Ed), which may be sold just as any other merchandise.
- HKS Ex Ed frames are in the brown frame boxes in the back room at JFK. They look very different from the undergrad and grad school frames.
- If a customer has a question about frames, give them the Graduation Products Manager's contact info.
- If a customer has a question about chairs, give them the Web Fulfillment Manager's contact info.
- There are examples of the Standard Chair and the Heritage Lamp in the stores, but advise customers that it is best to either place their order on the web or contact the Web Fulfillment Manager.

- Customers can be sized for rings in Mt. Auburn, the sizer is under the counter. We have specific days where Balfour comes and does ring promotions. The cases cannot be opened. Give out the managing director's contact for more information. Visit www.balfour.com for ordering.

- General and Grad school frames are in the JFK backroom through the bathroom. Other frames we do not have in-store. They can be purchased online.

- Kyle Cavan jewelry (such as the necklaces on display at Mount Auburn) is display ONLY in Mount Auburn as well. They can be bought online at https://kylecavan.com/collections/harvard
- Balfour rings are display ONLY at Mount Auburn and can be ordered online at balfour.com/harvard or the next in-store promotion (schedule found here!)
- The display cases for Axia watches and rings CANNOT be opened. If a customer is interested in taking a look at the watches, Slack it out and we will try to get someone there to help (weekday 9-5 only).

The HSA building is open for packages during regular business hours. If any mail comes in addressed to 67 Mount Auburn Street please send the deliverer to the appropriate building. If any letters come in please hold on to them in a secure location and let Daniyal know so he can come pick them up.
