Garage alarm: 96451 (disarm) when opening, 96452 (arm) when closing
MT Auburn/JFK alarms: select Arm Away on keypad and then 9645
Mass Ave alarm: select Arm Away on keypad and then 9654
When you open, you have 30 seconds to disarm the alarm, and when you close you have a minute to get out of the store before the store is "armed." If you set the alarm off because you don't leave the store in time when closing or need to come back in, just disarm it within a minute. If the alarm is not disarmed within a minute, stay in the store and wait for a call from ADT! They will call the store to see whether the police need to come. You should also reach a contact on the following list:
Primary contact - Sarah Miller (978)-399-4066
Next contact - Jack Tian (949)-621-3506
THS management will be contacted by ADT to confirm the alarm’s activity, so it’s important that you alert Sarah immediately so that she may respond to ADT accordingly. Per policy, Cambridge Police may come to inspect the premises. You should let them know that you are a Sales Associate, that you have notified your manager, etc.
