Climate Change in Popular Culture
Climate Change in Popular Culture
Professor Rebecca Williams
This course focuses on how climate change is represented in literature, art, music, and film. Students examine these representations with the tools of social science, the arts, and the humanities, and assess the accuracy and usefulness of these cultural imaginaries.
For the Winter Showcase, students have created social media themed projects including the memes below and video projects that will be presented at the in-person event on Friday, April 4.
