Welcome to the Winter 2020 Grand Valley State Sustainability Showcase! We are pleased to present a number of ongoing projects, which touch on a broad range of topics in the sustainability field. Environmental and Sustainability Studies is an interdisciplinary program where we learn how to make a positive difference in the world. ENS classes use design thinking and systems thinking frameworks to develop solutions to real-world problems in food systems, energy and climate change, water resources, and in culture and the built environment. Many of our projects involve working with partners, either on campus or in the community. Please check out our work and leave suggestions for improvement!
Use the links to below to navigate to each class page, where you will find a display of projects from current ENS courses. A collection of past projects is in the ENS ScholarWorks archive hosted by the GVSU Libraries: ENS ScholarWorks
