Costly for vendors
It requires training for volunteers and vendors
Some vendors might not want to participate because of changes
Check Out Our Preliminary 5 Year Plan Below!
Advantages
Much easier to use reusable products since access to running water for washing
Disadvantages
Does not give a community feel
Makes it harder for people to sample lots of different vendors
Finding a space to appropriately accommodate the amount of people
Advantages
Faster process
Essentially there would be immediate results, and thus an immediate positive change for the environment
Disadvantages
This could be overwhelming and important steps could be lost along the way
Vendors might not respond well to immediate changes
If they have already pre-ordered product that doesn’t go along with event expectations
