March 12 - March 15

Tuesday 3-12 - Meet in the Choir Room.  Lecture on muscles.  

 

   

Thursday 3-14 - Meet on the practice band field.  Day 2 Flag Football/Ultimate Frisbee



Friday 3-15 - Meet on the practice band field.  100-meter repeats.  Heart rate watches will be on the band field.  Just bring your phones.  This will be a very hard run.  Make sure you eat the night before and bring water and a snack for after.
