Sept. 5 - Sept. 7

Tuesday 9-5 - Meet in PE room.  This is the first day you are dressing out and from now on you should dress out every day of class unless it says not to.  Fitness Testing.  Push-ups, Curl-ups, and trunk lift.  


Push-up Test - YouTube push-up cadence. 

Curl-up Test - YouTube Curl-up cadence.  The max score for this test is 75 curl-ups.  You need your hands to move 4 1/2" for each curl-up.

Trunk Lift -  Measure from the ground to your chin.  The maximum score is 12 inches so if you go past that write down 12".

Sit & Reach -  When you do this touching your toes is 9 inches.  So measure from your toes to get your distance for each side.
