April 23 - April 26

Tuesday 4-23 - Meet on the practice band field.  400-meter repeats. This will be one of the most difficult runs we have done this year.  Make sure to bring water.


 Thursday 4-25 - Meet in PE room.  4th quarter Fitness testing.  


Friday 4-26 - Meet on the band field.  Flag Football/Ultimate Frisbee.  Also, a chance to finish your skill test project.
