College Application Boot Camp - Boot Camp is back! This year, there are two options to consider:

PLC Wednesday Boot Camp starts September 4th and ends on October 2nd. These 5 weekly sessions run from 8:15 AM - 9:30 AM. Bring laptops and complete required Naviance tasks, receive instruction on processes specific to AHS in the application process, and work through the Common Application with guidance and support. In the words of a 2019 senior, “Boot Camp was helpful and made it all a lot less stressful for me.” RSVP by 8:00 AM on September 3rd by clicking here. Updates, if needed, will be given via text Remind and the morning announcements.

Saturday Boot Camp starts September 21st and concludes September 28th. These back to back weekend sessions run from 8:30 AM - noon. These two sessions are identical in content to the free PLC Wednesday sessions. There is a $100 fee for this weekend session. Students will receive more individualized attention due to the smaller class size. college visits @ AHS - First semester visits will begin September 10th .

College visits @ AHS provide a wonderful opportunity for juniors and seniors to meet with representatives from colleges across the country without putting a single mile on your vehicle. College representatives schedule 30 minute visits at Arapahoe to meet with students in a small group setting to share information about their school and to answer questions.

      • Students: this is your chance to hear first hand about a school and to demonstrate your interest to our representative who will likely be weighing in on the school’s admissions decision.
      • College reps would like to establish a rapport with you and help you through the admissions process.
      • No doubt, you will leave with their contact information and an invitation to reach out with questions.

The majority take place in September - October 2019; additional visits 2nd semester.

An alphabetical listing of colleges who have scheduled visits this fall is coming soon. Students can log in to Naviance for details and to sign up.
