Bus Transportation

The district provides bus transportation to students living more than 3 miles from school. Refer to the LMUSD Transportation Department for an application and transportation fee information. Bus stops are established at the beginning of each school year and are published on the NHS website: www.nhstitans.org and in the FIVE CITIES TIMES PRESS RECORDER and ADOBE PRESS. All students are under the direct supervision of the bus driver and bus privileges may be suspended or revoked for failure to follow bus regulations.

Video Cameras on Buses

Video cameras may be used on school buses to monitor student behavior while traveling to and from school and school activities. Students found to be in violation of the district’s bus conduct rules shall be subject to discipline in accordance with district policy.
