Reciprocal Borrowers and Non-Residents
Patron holding valid library cards from another Missouri library with which we have a reciprocal borrowing agreement are entitled to a card from LDRL. This card entitles them to all services offered by LDRL except e-book loans, interlibrary loan and homebound services.
Patrons must show a valid library card from a reciprocal library to obtain a LDRL card and a picture id with current address.

Non-Resident Borrowers
Persons living in areas which are not covered by an agreement may choose to purchase a non-resident card, entitling them to all services offered by our library except interlibrary loan. The Library Board sets the current cost of the library card. A card will be good for one year.
College Students
Students attending CCCB and MACC are entitled to a LDRL library card. They must present a photo id and school id.
