Paris Library Meeting Rooms Use Agreement

Little Dixie Regional Libraries allows the use of its meeting rooms for public use. In an effort to keep costs down and the spaces available for outside use, the library has created the following guidelines. Groups that fail to clean up and put the furniture away will be assessed their deposit fee and other repair costs.
Keys must be returned the next business day when using Meeting Rooms. If keys are not returned on time, the deposit will not be refunded and other scheduled uses by this organization and/or individual will be canceled.
Rooms booked and not used or not canceled 24 hours prior to event will forfeit other scheduled bookings for at least three months.
Rummage sales and other money making activities are only permitted in the McKamey Room at the Paris Library. All rummage sale and personal items must be removed immediately after sales or the deposit will be foreited.
No smoking, tobacco, alcoholic beverages, weapons, or illegal substances will be allowed within the library at any time. No supplies or equipment will be stored by the Paris Library for outside groups.
The Roegge Room has a $100 deposit and the McKamey Room has a $50 deposit. These deposits will only be given back after the Paris Branch staff have deemed the requesting group or individual compliant with the following checklist.
