User Role: Administrator, Workspace Manager, Editor, Operator
A Project contains your environments and their associated workflows. A workflow contains the actions that run against the database and Changelog. Actions can include Liquibase Commands and Policy Checks. You can add or remove commands and checks from your workflow as you develop your project.
Before running a job, ensure the following exist in your project:
An enabled Workflow with at least one Action
1. Select the Projects page in the left side navigation.
2. Select the project that contains the workflow you would like to run.
3. Select the Run button next to the workflow you would like to run.
Tip: The Run button is disabled if all prerequisites listed in step one are not met or the Enable button is toggled off. Check both of these items if you are unable to press the Run button. The Run button will turn blue when it is active, and the workflow is ready to run.
A notification will appear in the bottom right corner that states:
A job has been created for your workflow. Please click the related jobs tab to see its status!
Navigate to the Related Jobs tab in the workflow to view the pending job. The Related Jobs tab displays all jobs related to this project.
Note: If you want to see a list of all jobs in the current workspace, select Jobs in the left side navigation.
2. Select the UUID of the Pending job to view the job details.
The workflow ran successfully and you can view the job details.
To view more information about the job you just ran, navigate to the Job details.
