Anyone who has a Liquibase.io account is a user. When setting up users, you can select their roles. We recommend reviewing the Roles documentation before creating a user so you know which one to assign to each individual.
1. Click the Admin tab in the Liquibase.io interface.
2. Select Users under the Admin tab.
3. Select the Add User button.
4. Enter the email address and name of the new user.
5. Select their user Role based on what this user needs access to and select the Save button.
Tip!
All workspace roles disappear when a user with various roles in multiple workspaces becomes an Administrator. The Administrator is a non-editable user with Administrator access in each workspace. The user’s previous workspace roles automatically restore when their role changes from Administrator to any other role.
