An Administrator manages all users and their access to resources that align with their responsibilities in a workspace. A user's role defines their access permissions. They have visibility into team operations, including the number of workflows created, the success or failure of executed jobs, and other metrics about their Liquibase.io instance. You can also view users’ workflow build statistics, which jobs have run successfully, and other team metrics.
Administrator: Create, edit, and run workflows and create, edit, and delete Liquibase.io users.
Workspace Manager: Add and remove Liquibase.io users to and from Workspaces.
Editor: Create, edit, and run workflows.
Operator: Run workflows.
Viewer: Have view-only access to content in their Liquibase.io account.
Caution: Administrators have access to all workspaces and are not limited to a workspace role. Users who become Administrators are not constrained by their previous workspace role. Their workspace roles are restored if the Administrator is demoted.
