Welcome to Liquibase.io! Let's help you get started.
The first user account created for an organization in Liquibase.io will automatically be assigned the Administrator role. This user will have full access to Liquibase.io and will be responsible for managing users, connections, and resources.
Information you need before beginning this task:
The desired workspace title Ex: West Coast Dev Team
A list of users who belong to the workspace
Which users need which workspace roles
Set up workspace-specific Connections and Resources
The type of connection and resources you need to set up. Learn about the supported connection types here: Connections
If you need a Git connection, Database connection, or a Vault connection
Email addresses of new users that you want to add
What role that each user needs
All users except for Administrators will need to start with these sections.
Users with the Workspace Manager role manage their assigned workspace by adding or removing users as necessary.
Give them a link to the concept that describes their role and what they can do.
Users with the Editor role create, edit, and run workflows.
Users with the Operator role run workflows.
Users with the Viewer role can view job results.
