CutTime is the market-leading fine arts education program management software in North America, offering inventory, financials, communications, and member management tools. This powerful cloud-based platform enables thousands of school programs to track millions of assets and offers low-cost secure payment processing and cost sharing options.
To access the NEW CutTime System you will need the following:
Guardians must have a working cell number and an optional email to access their account
Students must have an email and an optional cell number to access their account
Once added to the system you will receive a text (guardians) or email (students) with the magic link to your account there will be no passwords or codes just the link, so be sure to save it.
Often out-of-town parents in blended families get frustrated by our communications. If your guardian does not want to receive notifications from CutTime please remove them from your CutTime account. If they mark our emails as "spam" and "stop" on our SMS messages, it harms our deliverability.
We suggest guardians and students save their magic links on the home screens of their web-enabled devices. Here are a couple of helpful articles.
Guardians and Students if you lose, forget, or delete the magic link text message; CutTime can resend your magic link automatically using one of these links.

Students: Resent your magic link.
On the 1st of the month, CutTime will automatically send reminder messages to any guardians of students with an open balance.
CutTime uses SMS as the primary mode of communication, but if a member or guardian has both a cell phone and an email, they can reply "STOP" to CutTime's phone number(s) to opt out of receiving text messages and designate email as their preferred communication method.
Note: An individual's preferred communication method currently cannot be designated in CutTime - they must reply STOP or START to toggle their preference.
Should you decide to request financial assistance with raising funds for your student's costs/pledges, they can share the cost with friends and family.
On your dashboard:
Jump to the Financials section, or scroll down to find it.
Click on "Share these costs" button
Fill out the Name and Mobile number of the person or people you'd like to share a donation link with and click "Send invitation."
At that point a unique magic link (and login) to that donor is sent to them. It is not the same magic link as the guardian sending it.
Friends and family can click through on the link and donate towards their student account.
