Our stimulus for writing over the last couple of weeks has been 'Mrs Armitage on Wheels'. The children designed their own unique bicycle and wrote an advert to persuade people to buy it. This week in maths we have been  finding the mass of objects using non standard units, comparing the mass of objects using the words heavier than, lighter than and as heavy as as well as finding the difference in mass of two objects. In science the children have applied their knowledge of animals and their habitats to create a home for an animal. Indigo and Blue had a wonderful time at forest school this week. Yellow and Purple Class are really looking forward to their forest school visit in a couple of weeks!
