Reception has been on an exciting adventure these past two weeks! 

We have loved reading "Meerkat Mail" and "The Singing Mermaid," and wrote our own postcards, carefully forming each letter. 

We explored the world around us by learning about maps. We have used Google Maps to look at our local area, and built and drawn maps of our classrooms.

 Last but not least, we have been learning about different types of boats. Now, we're all hands on deck, getting ready to design and create our very own vessels!
