Year 6 shine in SATs!Â
Year 6 have worked incredibly hard this week! Their dedication and perseverance have truly paid off and we couldn't be prouder of their achievements. Everyone has demonstrated exceptional effort and resilience, reflecting their commitment to succeed. Each day, they have come into school smiling, ready to tackle each new challenge. We couldn't have asked for more! They fully deserved their ice-cream van treat yesterday which ended their few days of intensity.
There is now so much for Year 6 to look forward to! Today, there was exciting news! They found out their end-of-term production, which this year will be Aladdin! It caused great excitement! We now can't wait to see how the magic unfolds as it comes together for a sensational end to the year!
Over the next couple of weeks, we will be learning:
Maths - Project-based work
Writing - A narrative based on the Holocaust
Reading - Questions based on our new book, Can You See Me? By Libby Scott and Rebecca Westcott
Science - Circuits, Batteries and Switches. We are planning an Electricity Day at some point this term.
