We’re truly thankful to everyone for their time completing the survey. We’ve received a lot of valuable feedback and comments. The LEO Academy Parent Survey has been shared with all Principals across LEO Academy Trust. Over the coming weeks and months schools will be working on action plans to follow up the feedback we have received.
The work on analysis starts now and we wanted to share a small glimpse in the results. Here’s a word cloud of what we all appreciate most!
The Cheam Park Farm Primary Academy's May Fair, held on 11th May, was an incredible success, raising over £7000 for the school. The event was made possible through the generous support and participation of our wonderful school community.
From organising games and activities to managing stalls and ensuring everything ran smoothly, over 60 volunteers created a memorable and fun-filled day for the children.
The school and PTFA would like to thank everyone who contributed to the event.
The five-day walking challenge from Living Streets is taking place from 20th - 24th May 2024 and we would like everyone at Cheam Park Farm Primary Academy to take part. This year’s challenge will see pupils discover The Magic of Walking, encouraging them to travel actively to school by walking, cycling or scooting to school every day for one week.
The five-day walking challenge is a celebration of walking to school and the perfect activity to run as part of National Walking Month this May. Each class will work together to make as many active journeys as possible across the week, tracking their progress and will be filling out their interactive wall charts. Those that participate will receive daily stickers and an end of the week reward!
Tuesday 21st May 2024 will be our Car Free Zone Day. We are encouraging children to walk, cycle or scoot to school if they can, then go straight into their classrooms at the normal time. They will then be given a snack and a walk to school activity to start their day.
The next meeting of Sutton Dyslexia Association is on Tuesday 11th June 2024 at 7.30pm at:
The Friends Meeting House
10 Cedar Road
Sutton SM2 5DA
The talk will be on "Spelling". There will be tea and coffee afterwards and the opportunity for parents to meet each other and committee members. Entry is free.
We pride ourselves on offering our children varied and exciting experiences that help to support their learning of the curriculum. The School Fund will allow us to provide additional activities, school visits and enrichment opportunities across all year groups.
We have a voluntary school fund donation of £10 a term / £30 a year per child or £40 for a family if there are siblings at the school. We are aware of the current cost of living crisis and any donation will be gratefully received.
Parents can pay for School Fund online via our Arbor payment system. Log into the parent portal and on your child's home screen under accounts you will see School Fund, click into this and select Top Up Account. You can then choose to pay the £10, £30 or £40. Please ignore the weekly payments, you just need to make the one off payment for either the term or academic year as you choose.
We would like to thank you for your continued support.
As some of you will be aware, the Council runs a Community School Uniform shop to support families with the costs of living and as an effective way of recycling clothes that children quickly grow out of.
It was originally established as a response to Covid but has since grown and has proved to be something that families really appreciate and value.
If you hold any old uniform that you no longer want or need, please consider dondating it through to the community shop using the contact details here.
If you would like to use this service, please visit https://www.suttonhealthandcare.nhs.uk/uniform-shop for more information. This is a free service and they do not charge parents for anything.

This is given to children who have impressed their teachers throughout the course of the week. We also give one child per class a 'Be The Best You Can Be' certificate for demonstrating our Excellent Learner values. Finally, we also award a 'Rights Respecting' certificate to one child per class for demonstrating behaviour and attitudes that reflect our Rights Respecting approach in school.
